Standard motors rely on 3- to 5-blade plastic impellers, creating massive turbulent eddies. Our design uses 13-blade aviation-grade aluminum impellers, dynamically balanced to 0.05 mg. This shifts the vibration frequency of the generated noise to ultrasonic ranges (>20 kHz), which is completely imperceptible to human ears.
By using brushless DC (BLDC) motors rotating at 110,000 RPM, we bypass the frictional carbon-brush mechanical noise found in conventional salon dryers. The motor is encased in a customized vibration-damping silicone sleeve, preventing chassis resonance and reducing operational sound levels down to a quiet 59dB.
